## Welfare Observation

Where there is reasonable concern about a child's welfare during the other parent's care, we conduct discreet, lawful observation. We document patterns rather than isolated moments — supervision, routines, conduct of those present, and environmental factors that may be material to a custody decision.

## Environment Documentation

The environment in which a child spends time is often as relevant as the conduct of the parent. We document home environment, neighbourhood circumstances, presence of third parties, and other factors that the court may wish to consider.

## Support for Court Proceedings

Findings are delivered in a clear, written report accompanied by timestamped photographic and video evidence where appropriate. The documentation is structured for use in Czech custody proceedings and is shared with legal counsel where the client wishes.

## Conducted with Restraint
