GPSR Policy

Prague Detectives is a professional services firm. We do not manufacture, import, distribute, fulfil or sell tangible consumer products through this website. Our website does not operate as an online marketplace under Article 22 of the GPSR. Accordingly, most operative obligations of the GPSR (such as those imposed on manufacturers, importers, distributors and fulfilment service providers) do not arise in respect of our service activity.

• We engage only with vetted suppliers and processors and require evidence of safety and legal compliance for any equipment we use in the field.
• Our personnel are trained on the safe operation of investigative equipment, on protecting bystanders, and on data minimisation.
• Where any deliverable to a client could foreseeably pose a risk, we issue clear written guidance on safe handling and limitations.
• We maintain internal incident-recording procedures and will cooperate with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) and other competent market-surveillance authorities upon legitimate request.

If you believe any aspect of our work or website has created a safety concern, please write to contact@praguedetectives.cz. We will acknowledge your report within 7 days, investigate, and inform you of the outcome. Serious incidents will be reported to the relevant authority and, where applicable, recorded in the Safety Gate / Safety Business Gateway.

This policy will be reviewed at least annually and whenever EU or Czech product-safety law materially changes.
