    Terms of Service

    Last updated: 25 May 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the praguedetectives.cz website and any investigative services provided by Exero Group s.r.o., IČO: 09022104, with its registered office in Prague, Czech Republic, operating under the brand “Prague Detectives” (the “Firm”, “we”). By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

    1. Services and scope

The Firm provides lawful private investigative services, including infidelity, divorce, child-welfare, cohabitation, surveillance, and discreet inquiries on behalf of high-net-worth clients. All work is performed in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code), Act No. 273/2008 Coll., the GDPR, and applicable professional ethics. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are agreed in a separate written contract or engagement letter.

    2. Eligibility and lawful purpose

You must be at least 18 years old and have a legitimate, lawful interest in the subject matter of the requested investigation. We reserve the right to decline any matter that is unlawful, unethical, contrary to the legitimate interests of third parties, or outside our competence.

    3. Engagement, fees and payment

Engagements begin only after a signed agreement and any agreed retainer have been received. Fees are quoted in EUR or CZK and may be hourly, daily or fixed-scope. Out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payment carries statutory interest under Czech law.

    4. Confidentiality

The Firm and its personnel are bound by strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your identity, instructions, deliverables or the fact of engagement to any third party except as required by law or as expressly authorised by you in writing.

    5. Use of deliverables

Reports and evidentiary materials are prepared for your exclusive use in the matter for which they were commissioned. They may not be republished, sold, or used to harass any person. You are responsible for any further legal use of deliverables, including admission as evidence in proceedings.

    6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Firm’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or non-financial damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

    7. Website use

The content on praguedetectives.cz is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal advice or a binding offer of services. We may modify or remove content without notice. Automated scraping, reverse engineering and unauthorised use of our content or trademarks are prohibited.

    8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be submitted in writing to contact@praguedetectives.cz and will be acknowledged within 14 days. These Terms are governed by Czech law. The exclusive forum for any dispute is the courts of the Czech Republic having jurisdiction over our registered office. Consumers retain the right to out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
