Communications take place through encrypted channels and at times of the client's choosing. Files are compartmentalized so that no single party — internal or external — has full visibility of the matter. Reporting is delivered in person where possible, at a location chosen by the client.
Engagements at this level are handled directly by a principal investigator, not delegated through layers. The same person who takes the consultation manages the investigation and delivers the findings. There are no third-party intermediaries.
