Surveillance is the discipline at the centre of our practice. Our surveillance services in Prague are conducted by experienced, multilingual investigators using mobile and static methods to document activity quietly, lawfully, and to a standard suitable for legal or private review.
Mobile surveillance follows a subject through their daily routine — appointments, travel, meetings — documenting movements as they occur. Static surveillance establishes a fixed observation point to monitor a specific location over time. Most engagements combine both, calibrated to the requirements of the case.
All surveillance is conducted strictly within Czech law and EU privacy regulations. Observation takes place in public space and from lawful vantage points. We do not employ unlawful interception, trespass, or any method that could compromise the integrity or admissibility of the evidence.
